In the comments section guess what you believe this fancy meal once started out as. I will provide hints through the day and have the final answer for you tomorrow unless someone guesses it first!
Hint #1 - This lovely looking meal actually started out as another meal entirely! So think what meal it might have been… not which ingredients you think it started out as.
Hint #2 – I was a fast food, but not a hamburger.
Answer – This awesome looking dish comes from the website Fancy Fast Food – here’s the answer (don’t visit until you’ve made a guess!)

Bolognese sauce of meat, tomato, and mirepoix (carrot, onion, cellery) with mushroom, served atop farfalle pasta, topped with a basil leaf…
What did it start out as? Please don’t tell me this started out as chef boyardee or something from frozen…

Hmmmm – some kind of chicken and tomato stew? I think I need a hint.

I see what might have been relish or jalapeno or okra, and farfalle-like shapes that could be tortillas or hamburger buns rolled out flat, cut and folded. There are white chunks of plain-looking chicken. Not sure what the orange stuff could be — cheese or cooked carrot or even tomato?
I’m leaning towards something from Taco Bell, deconstructed and reassembled.
P.S. Check the “t” key on your keyboard. It might be intermittently defective!

My vote, something re-purposed from McDonald’s…

Okay my best guess:
farfelle (I’m with Don on this one – perhaps Chef Boyardee in a former life?)
chicken
tomato
celery
capers
the item underneath the herb looks like a radish
and the herb is basil perhaps?
