Happy Valentines day all! With today being a day of love I thought I would capitalize on the most iconic treat of the ‘holiday’ and make the photo challenge all about chocolate. What is your favorite kind of chocolate?
Me? I LOVE dark chocolate covered cranberries… though I’m not too picky about my chocolate!

Right now, my favourite chocolate concoctions involve savoury. We cured bacon with chocolate nibs and chile peppers.
I’m craving candied bacon and chocolate again…And it has nothing to do with the odd Epic Meal Time Valentine’s special that went up last night

Oh man, this conversation could go on and on and on. From the delightful Ferrero Rocher to chocolate covered anything, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. But my favorite has to be these cream filled chocolates. Creamy fruity centres with a dark chocolate shell, it’s just so devine. I’ve only seen them in select places, but when I do come accross them, I can’t resist!

I am fond of Choklat’s Porcelana chocolate. Who doesn’t love Porcelana! I saved a bar to enjoy today. Choklat is based in Calgary and they are one of only two chocolatiers in all of Canada that actually make chocolate.
