Granted, the picture is not that great, but the sauce... My husband always makes the same recipe, taken from the tv show L&#039;Épicerie:

Since we can&#039;t always find bird liver, we take a shortcut and use chicken liver pate/mousse. Decadent!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I love having homemade stash in the freezer to pull out on short notice to solve the food situation of that moment.  Yellow Pea Soup just came out for my lunch today.  It reheats very quickly in the microwave.  I put it in a pyrex bowl, cover the bowl with a piece of wax paper to control splashing and then hit the REHEAT button.  Works like a charm for instant lunch.  And here is my picture.
